Shabbat's over, and we're in Mitzpe Ramon (again, Abba told me to start this way). It's really late, but I will not be negative....I will not be negative...I can't remember the last time I was on a bike, but since then I've seen a ton of ibex. If they each weigh 150 lbs, on average, that means I saw (2000/150=) 14 ibex. So make that 5 tons of ibex instead. I finally got some sleep, a decent 10 and a half hours last night, which I think is a record for everyone on the Ride. I'm always setting records. It's pretty easy. The food, well, I will be positive, so it's fantastic! Now this time we have 200 people eating meat, which is 300 lbs of meat. 250 lbs too much. The best part of everything was that I got to meet/pet my dream dog. He's kind of like a german shepherd, but smaller and just different. (Isn't this boring?) I've been singing Tale as old as Time about 10 times a day on bike, + twice off-bike. I Just Can't Wait to be King is second most-sung at a couple less than that, then Prince Ali and Part of Your World. (This is getting really boring, even for me) I chapped my lips, which I think affects my flute-playing. Abba had to bless me last night in front of everybody, so he nearly forgot the words, I think he needs a lesson. I'm not sure how many Davids there are...tonight four spoke. Good Afternoon!

Ofanei Newton hit the road
Two days into the Israel Ride, the members of Team Ofanei Newton: Ronit, Jason, Miriam, Michael P, Marty and Michael W, have traveled from Jerusalem-Beersheva-Yeruchom and Mashabei Sadeh. We've conquered some pretty big climbs and are feeling great. We hope to post a blog entry after shabbat. In the meantime, onward to Mitzpe Ramon tomorrow for shabbat.
Shabbat shalom,
